This is a picture of the lodge grounds right by our waterfall. Northwind Lodge is heavily wooded and gets bushy in the summer months. We like it as the woods adds to our guest's privacy and the sound of the creek makes a natural sound dampener. No other resort in the Ely area has a creek like this that runs throught the middle of the property. The falls have contributed to the shareholders of Kodak and Fuji for the past 50 years.
